Fred Stahl has been in the Real Estate business since 1980. Fred started out as a sales broker and became a member of the Sales Broker Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York. In 1992 he became involved in the purchase of pools of loans and R.E.O. He and his partners bought and sold over a billion dollars worth of loans from the RTC, FDIC, banks, and private sellers.
In 2001 along with the partners he negotiated and closed the purchase of a package of 12,551 apartment units primarily located in the eastern United States. He went on to eventually purchase over 20,000 apartments.
He also was a key partner in the purchase of over two million square feet of New York office buildings.
Sheldon Stahl, a principal of Coolidge Equities, Ltd., has been with the company since 1983. He is involved with the acquisition and oversight of real estate investments nationwide. Along with his partners, he oversees a portfolio consisting of 20,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of commercial properties. His day to day responsibilities include new acquisitions, financing, management oversight and with his partners, develops strategies to improve and expand the portfolio.
Sheldon is a licensed real estate broker in New York State, as well as a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
