Jeremiah A. Houlihan
Jerry graduated from Pace University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also represents the fourth generation of Houlihan’s in the Real Estate Business. Jerry has been active in selling, financing, leasing and managing multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties since he started with the company in 1988. He is very active in placing institutional and bridge loans and has worked closely with private equity funds, agencies, Wall Street conduits, commercial banks, and thrifts. Since 1998, Jerry has been the chairman & vice-chairman of the Apartment Owners Advisory Council of Westchester County, a political lobbying/support group for multi-family apartment building owners. The organization seeks fair rent guidelines for those multi-family buildings that are subject to the NY State Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974 (ETPA) and under the NY State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) jurisdiction. Jerry is also a member of the Bronx-Manhattan Board of Realtors. Jerry resides in Southbury, CT and volunteers for various youth sports organizations. He has two children.
